A simply detailed Neoclassical Box, this large frame house replaced a smaller late 19th century building. Used for years as a rental and more recently as a fraternity house, it has deteriorated through deferred maintenance and is in poor condition today. The building is austerely massed and ornamented - typical of its type and age.
