Idaho Candy Company Warehouse, 500 South Eighth St Boise, Ada County, ID

Constructed as a warehouse for Idaho Candy Co. / Brick, one story with basement; concrete foundation and pilaster in basement. Type 5 heavy timber interior construction. 128 x 60. Concrete loading dock with wooden cover on Myrtle Street (wooden cover in disrepair), basement extended under loading dock. Split entry from sidewalk level on 8th Street; freight elevator to basement at rear of building; main floor construction, wooden 3" x 16" joist on 16" center. Concrete loading dock with wooden cover in Myrtle Street right-of-way, to be removed April 1988.
