The Boise Ice and Produce Company is a two-story brick building which is painted beige and has a modest cornice. A concrete loading dock is on the left side. Originally built as a cold storage plant in 1910, it housed Idaho Fish and Poultry Company until 1986. / Brick, two-story. Rectangular, 130` x 64`. Concrete loading dock with wooden cover on Myrtle Street. Ice storage room remodeled February 1938 - Wayland and Fennell Architects. Concrete loading dock with wooden cover - to be removed April 1988. Vacant, needs renovation - deteriorating condition.
