The Idaho Milling and Elevator Company is a two-story beige brick building with white brick trim. Distinguished by its cornice and pediments, it was constructed in 1910. Brick, two-story; interior wood pilasters and wooden flooring. Beige brick with white brick trim, cornice and pediments. Loading dock in Myrtle Street was removed by owner during renovation. Warehouse has been remodeled into retail and office space as part of the 8th Street Marketplace complex. Interior elevator added 3/10/59 for Sears Roebuch Furniture Warehouse; exterior loading dock removed and reconstructed by owners as part of the 8th Street Marketplace renovation project.
