Warehouse has been remodeled into retail and office space as part of the 8th Street Marketplace complex. Interior elevator added 3/10/59 for Sears Roebuch Furniture Warehouse; exterior loading dock removed and reconstructed by owners as part of the 8th Street Marketplace renovation project.
