Davis Warehouse, 418 South Ninth St Boise, Ada County, ID

The Davis Warehouse is a two-story brick building which has been stuccoed over and is distinguished by a cast stone pedimented entablature over the entry. Constructed by the Davis Estate in 1910 it was used by Peasley Transfer & Storage Co., Idaho Fish & Poultry, and Heller Sales Co. / Brick, two-story, type 5 heavy timber construction - warehouse with basement, wooden flooring. Rectangular 130` x 55`, Type 5 heavy timber typical warehouse construction. Cast stone pedimented entablature over entry. Concrete loading dock with wooden canopy on Myrtle Street. Typical open warehouse with basement and interior elevator. Loading dock and canopy to be removed - April 1988. Vacant warehouse, needs renovation.
