Constructed by the Davis Estate in 1910 it was used by Peasley Transfer & Storage Co., Idaho Fish & Poultry, and Heller Sales Co. / Brick, two-story, type 5 heavy timber construction - warehouse with basement, wooden flooring. Rectangular 130` x 55`, Type 5 heavy timber typical warehouse construction. Cast stone pedimented entablature over entry. Concrete loading dock with wooden canopy on Myrtle Street.
