Blake Holman for Tom Lynch, 5801 Bernard Place ( Lot 24, Block 1, Codes Highview Park) Appeal of the August 15, 1974, Decision of the Board of Appeals and Adjustments Denying a Request for a 15 Foot Pear Yard Setback Variance. REFER TO: Attached correspondence and August 159 1974, staff report, and enclosed August 15, 1974, Board of Appeals minutes. The Board of Appeals and Adjustments considered the adjacent property owners' opinion a crucial element in their decision.. The adjacent neighbor to the east had expressed objection to the staff on three occasions and was not present at the meeting and did not send a letter changing their opinion. The appropriate letters in favor of the variance are enclosed."
